Taking the glorious outdoors of Gleneagles to a city setting, the commissioned project to create a set of monograms and handwritten type for Gleneagles Townhouse in Edinburgh, takes cues from Matisse’s early days; a carefree expressive mark, using loose ink/brush strokes.
